Misty Riffault

Director of Operations

Misty has over seven years experience in the Human Resources field, she began her career with Hyatt Hotels as Human Resource and Employment Manager. During her tenure with Hyatt Regency Atlanta, she had the opportunity to manage employment operations and systems for 1000+ employees as well as oversee the hotel’s large contingent of international interns. After leaving the field for a few years to raise children, she joined Dimensional Thinking in June 2008 where she manages employee relations and operations. Misty lives in Marietta, GA with her husband of 14 years, two sons, and three honeybee hives.

Ana Wolcott

Operations Analyst

Ana joined Dimensional Thinking in March of 2011 as an operations analyst. She assists in the operational activities that support the business and produces reports that provide information for the management and development of our business. She has worked as an independent consultant doing secondary business research and ran her own business. She has experience assisting senior company officers as an administrative, sales and research assistant. She is married and has 2 children.

Morgan (Branan) Finn

HR Coordinator

Morgan joined Dimensional Thinking in September 2011 as an HR Coordinator with five years experience in human resources. In 2006, Morgan started working for Arby’s Restaurant Group. Two years later Arby's merged with Wendy’s International and formed Wendy’s/Arby’s Group (WAG). While at Arby’s and WAG she was responsible for all pre-employment and new hire testing, on-boarding, and employee relations. Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University and currently lives in Dunwoody, GA.

Joanne Plourde

Accountant

Joanne joined Dimensional Thinking in April 2012 as an Accountant.She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and accounting systems.Most recently Joanne has been the Comptroller for a non-profit agency in Massachusetts.Prior to that, she was the Controller for a multi-state garden center and landscaping operation.Joanne has a MS in Management from Purdue University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.Having recently relocated from Massachusetts, Joanne now lives in Sugar Hill with her husband and enjoys having her daughter and family nearby.
